Professional services providers (such as financial institutions, consulting and accounting firms, PR agencies, and lobbying firms), are among the strongest enablers of the fossil fuel industry, and they disproportionately attract the world’s brightest and most ambitious young people.

re•generation
The REWORK YOUR FUTURE campaign by re•generation aims to disrupt the recruitment pipeline of professional services firms by convincing students and young people to pledge not to work for firms that are helping facilitate fossil fuel expansion. re•generation also create resources and capacity-building programs to help young people build green skills and find careers in sectors of the clean economy. In parallel, they develop resources and training programs for employee advocates to identify and combat greenwashing within fossil fuel-enabling companies, and push for change internally.
